📦 Return Policy
- Customers can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- With original packaging and tags intact
- Returns are only applicable in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Size mismatch (subject to availability)
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after product verification.
- Once approved, the refund will be sent via:
- bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
- Refund processing time:
- 3–5 working days after approval
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size issues (if stock is available).
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Delivery charges may apply for exchange.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to MOASS’s error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us.
- For other cases (e.g., size change), the customer will bear the return delivery cost.
❌ Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Product has been used or washed
- Tags are removed
- Request is made after 48 hours
- Product is damaged by customer
