    📦 Return Policy

    • Customers can request a return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • The product must be:
      • Unused and unworn
      • In original condition
      • With original packaging and tags intact
    • Returns are only applicable in the following cases:
      • Wrong product delivered
      • Damaged or defective product
      • Size mismatch (subject to availability)

    💸 Refund Policy

    • Refunds will be processed only after product verification.
    • Once approved, the refund will be sent via:
      • bKash / Nagad / Bank Transfer
    • Refund processing time:
      • 3–5 working days after approval

    🔄 Exchange Policy

    • Exchanges are available for size issues (if stock is available).
    • Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Delivery charges may apply for exchange.

    🚚 Return Shipping

    • If the return is due to MOASS’s error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us.
    • For other cases (e.g., size change), the customer will bear the return delivery cost.

    ❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

    Returns will not be accepted if:

    • Product has been used or washed
    • Tags are removed
    • Request is made after 48 hours
    • Product is damaged by customer
